How did you first become interested in painting?
I’ve been interested in painting, drawing and generally making things for as long as I can remember. I was lucky enough to have a mother who always encouraged me to paint and draw and an excellent art teacher all through high school. I really can’t say why; it’s simply part of my life. I like to spend at least some time each day painting, even if it’s only 30 minutes. I find it quite meditative and a good way to unwind after a day’s work.
