Sandy Phillips has worked as a head chef in and around the New England for over 30 years. His experience and knowledge for good food is reflected in the dishes that are available at Squires Restaurant.The Squires Cottage dates back to 1886 and is beautifully located in a fully restored 110 year old Victorian house.
From being recognised as cooking some of the best steaks in the world to pioneering TAFE education in country NSW, award-winning chef Sandy Phillips has come out of retirement to bring his own flavour to Squires restaurant.
