Peak Coffee Port Macquarie is the first coffee roasting business to be located on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales.

Armed with a 60kg traditional drum roaster, they roast for local cafe owners and wholesale accounts.  Peak coffee endeavours to bring quality fresh coffee and tantalising blends (flavours) to their wholesale and retail customers.
Peak Coffee Port Macquarie, roasts espresso blends to match the Australian milk consuming palates, boasting lighter roasting to bring out the natural flavours from within the bean.

They have chosen ethical coffees including fair trade and rainforest alliance beans to give back to the impoverished coffee growing nations of the world.  Peak Coffee is also behind the production and blending of Swiss Water decaffeinated beans, which is a bonus for the caffeine intolerant consumer.

Barista training has been the catalyst to success for many of the great cafes that Peak Coffee supplies, having trained winning baristas to World Barista Championship standards.

Research and development is the backbone of Peak Coffee’s philosophy and its technical staff are constantly improving blends and new beverage menus.
