    My partner and I attended the tastings of the Hastings dinner featuring Lisa Ryan and Adriano Zumbo last year. The dinner was fantastic and one of the best dining experiences I have had in Port Macquarie. All the dishes were fantastic but since the night, I have been craving the The Cold Pressed Tomato Soup with Fromage Blanc created by Lisa Ryan. As she is no longer at Cassegraines, I am fearful that I may never have that taste sensation again. I would love the recipe to cook at home. It was a visual and taste sensation. Totally unexpected for a soup. Wow!!!
